By using aurelia, you agree to these terms and any applicable order form, data processing addendum, or enterprise agreement.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for account security, user permissions, and activity under your workspace.
Enterprise administrators may invite, suspend, or remove users through SSO, SCIM, or administrator controls.
Travel Bookings
aurelia acts as a concierge interface for travel bookings. Airline, hotel, restaurant, and experience providers remain responsible for their own terms, fees, cancellations, and availability.
You authorize aurelia to act on booking instructions submitted by you or approved users in your workspace.
Acceptable Use
You may not use aurelia to violate law, bypass travel provider rules, abuse promotions, submit fraudulent payment details, or interfere with service integrity.
We may suspend access to protect users, providers, infrastructure, or legal compliance.
Customer Data
You retain ownership of customer data. aurelia processes customer data to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
Enterprise data processing terms apply where required by law or contract.
Fees and Payment
Paid plans, booking fees, and enterprise commitments are described in applicable order forms or product screens.
Taxes, provider fees, cancellation charges, and fare differences may apply.

Travel availability, prices, and provider policies can change. aurelia works to confirm instructions accurately, but final provider confirmation controls.
The service is provided without warranties except as expressly stated in an enterprise agreement.
